Supported by a UX-first approach, we created a marketplace where users can purchase and list used and (eventually) new, heavy equipment. HoltUsed quickly became one of the largest collections of quality construction equipment in the world.

The UX-first approach
In the discovery phase, we identified key opportunities by reviewing the current market, competitors, business objectives, and user personas. From there, we architected the buyer’s journey and the product details page to introduce an intuitive user flow.
